Overseas Studies and Migration Services (OSMS) is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Registered Migration Agent to join our growing Sydney team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about Australian migration law and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and have minimum of 1 year of experience. Candidates holding a valid OMARA registration and Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Provide professional advice on Australian migration and visa matters.
n
Assess clients' eligibility and recommend appropriate migration pathways.
n
Prepare, review and lodge visa applications, submissions and supporting documents.
n
Manage client files and communicate with clients throughout the application process.
n
Conduct legal and policy research relating to migration matters.
n
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with education counsellors and other members of the OSMS team.
n
Assist the marketing team with promotional activities, migration-related content, seminars, webinars, information sessions and community engagement initiatives.

Support business development activities by promoting OSMS migration services professionally and ethically.

About you
n
n
Qualification in Australian law or migration law.
n
A valid Australian legal practicing certificate and/or current OMARA registration, as applicable.
n
A valid Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) is highly desirable.
n
Previous experience in migration law or visa services is preferred.
n
Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation, policies and procedures.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client matters.
n
Professional, ethical and client-focused approach.
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
