About the Role:
n
The Secondary School Mathematics teacher role calls for a passionate and innovative educator to teach Years 7–12, delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to inspire students, support departmental goals, and contribute to a collaborative school culture that values reflective practice and lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will possess:
n
n
A genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring students across Years 7–12.
n




Strong knowledge of curriculum content and the ability to tailor learning to diverse student needs.
n
Sound background and experience in Mathematics and a demonstrated high level of competence in classroom teaching.
n
Clear, constructive communication with students, parents, and staff, fostering trust and engagement.
n
An ability to work closely with colleagues, students, and families to support a positive learning setting.
n
Foster a student centred learning environment with high expectations.
n
Attentive to pastoral care needs and proactive in supporting student development.
n

About You:
n
n
Qualified, NESA registered teacher with WWCC.
n
At least 2 years' experience teaching mathematics in Secondary School.
n
Proven expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and data driven teaching.
n
Outstanding communication, mentorship, and team building skills.
n
A strategic mindset to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
n
Confident in integrating digital tools into teaching and learning programs.
n
Commitment to pastoral care, student engagement, and wellbeing.
n
