Responsibilities
n
As anElectrical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of
electricians,ensuring
electrical maintenance activities are completed safely, efficientlyand to the highest quality standards.
n
Keyresponsibilities
include:
n
n
Supervise and coordinate a team ofelectricians.
n
Plan and oversee daily
electricalmaintenance
activities.
n
Complete maintenance activities inaccordance with strict safety and quality procedures.
n
Lead electrical fault-
finding,troubleshooting
and repairs.
n
Ensure work is completed efficientlyand in accordance with project requirements.
n




Promote a strong safety cultureacross the team.
n
Support training, mentoring anddevelopment of team members.
n
Ensure compliance with electrical andworkplace safety requirements.
n
n
Your Profile
n
To besuccessful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous Team Leader or
ElectricalSupervisor
experience.
n
Certificate III in
Electrotechnologyor
equivalent
n
NSW Electrical Contractor Licence.
n
Strong electrical fault-finding andtroubleshooting skills.
n
Experience in
industrial,manufacturing,
heavy maintenance, automation or rolling stock environments.
n
Strong leadership, communication andproblem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a teamand under a rotating shift roster.
n
Rail industry experience is highlyregarded but not essential.
n
n
PayRate: $*****/hr + Super + Penalties ( Loading when applicable )
n
Rotatingroster – every two weeks:
n
DayShift: 6:00am –2:00pm
n
AfternoonShift: 2:00pm –10:00pm
n
NightShift: 10:00pm –6:00am
n

Category 1 Rail Medical
n
Police Check
n
