About The Role
n
You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality Breakfast meals across restaurant service and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room
n
Present an restock our country breakfast buffet
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
n
Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
n
Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
n
Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shifts
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
n




Experience in similar roles is highly regarded
n
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
n
Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
n
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
n
