We are looking for a motivated and highly organisedWarehouse & Inventory Coordinatorto join our team in a full-time role.
n
This position goes well beyond picking and packing. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and inventory, ensuring we have the right stock on hand, incoming goods are accurately received and recorded, and customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
n

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Hairshop's warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment.
n
You'll also be responsible for picking, packing and dispatch of online orders and ensure the warehouse remains organised, efficient and ready to support the continued growth of Hairshop.
n
A key part of the role isstock management– monitoring inventory levels, placing stock orders, receiving and checking incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular stocktakes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
1. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
n
n
Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Coordinate daily outgoing orders and deliveries
n
Ensure orders are packaged to Hairshop's presentation standards
n
Manage general warehouse operations and daily logistics
n




Prepare inventory for storage, dispatch and events
n
Help improve warehouse processes as order volumes and the business grow
n
n
2. Inventory & Stock Management
n
n
Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock is maintained
n
Place and manage stock orders with suppliers
n
Receive incoming deliveries and accurately check goods against orders
n
Ensure received stock is correctly entered into inventory systems
n
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
n
Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
n
Maintain accurate inventory records
n
Identify low-stock and out-of-stock items and take appropriate action
n
Organise and replenish stock within the warehouse
n
n
Warehouse Co-ord
n
n
Maintain a clean, safe and highly organised warehouse workplace
n
Ensure products are stored logically and efficiently
n
Continually look for opportunities to improve stock organisation, fulfilment speed and operational efficiency
n
n
Additional Responsibilities
n
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you'll also have opportunities to work across other areas of Hairshop, including:
n
n
Assisting with the setup, operation and pack-down of Hairshop and premium brand events
n
Supporting the creation of content for Hairshop, including blogs and social media
n
Assisting other areas of the business when required
n
n




About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

Wants to develop and grow with the business

Previous experience ininventory management, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or stock controlwill be highly regarded.
n
Training on Hairshop's systems and processes will be provided.
