We are launching a brand-current large-format retail store in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up - shaping team culture, driving performance, and setting the standard from day one.

The Role
n Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a large-format / big-box fast paced retail environment and help build a high-performing, engaged team.
n
Your focus will be on:
n
Leading from the front on the shop floor
n
Coaching and developing team members to lift performance
n




Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience
n
Managing stock, VM, and operational standards
n
Creating a positive, accountable team environment.
n
Who this role suits
n This role is ideal for someone who:

Is currently a Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or ASM ready for a bigger challenge
n
Comes from big box, large-format or high-volume retail
n
Enjoys developing people and being hands-on in store
