We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Practice Nurse RN to join our friendly and supportive team in a part‐time capacity.
n
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a busy general practice environment and is looking to make a real contribution to patient care and the overall success of the clinic.

About the Role
n
The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting our doctors and patients, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, care planning, and preventative health.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing and coordinating GP Management Plans (Care Plans) and Team Care Arrangements
n
Completing Health Assessments
n
Assisting with chronic disease management and patient follow‐up
n
Performing routine nursing duties including wound care, immunisations, ECGs, spirometry, and health education
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and recalls
n
Supporting quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
n
Working collaboratively with GPs, administration staff, and allied health providers
n




Providing compassionate and professional patient care
n

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in General Practice Nursing preferred but not essential
n
Experience with Care Plans and Health Assessments highly regarded
n
Strong computer and administrative skills
n
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
