Action Workforce is currently looking for reliable Warehouse Workers, Pick Packers and Freight Sorters to join our casual workforce across a range of sites.
n
We have a variety of opportunities available. Some roles offer full‐time hours across 5 or 6 days per week, while others are more casual and suited to people looking for flexible or additional work.
n
Shifts vary across our sites, with opportunities across early mornings, day shift, afternoon shift and night shift, so we probably have a job for you.
n
Roles can include
n
n
Pick packing and order preparation
n
Freight sorting
n
RF scanning and voice picking
n
Loading and unloading goods
n
Sorting and organising stock
n
General warehouse duties
n
Manual handling
n
Keeping work areas clean and safe
n
Cold storage and freezer environments.
n
Truck Driving roles
n
Forklift - counter balance, reach, LO
n
n
What we're looking for
n
Above everything else, we need people who are reliable and ready to work.
n
You'll also need:
n

Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n




Ability to commit to your allocated shifts
n
Good attitude and strong work ethic
n
Safety-focused approach to work
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
Physical capability to complete manual and repetitive tasks
n
Valuable attention to detail
n
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
n
Previous warehouse experience is great, but isn't essential for every role.
n

Hours & Shifts

Early morning, day, afternoon and night shifts
n
5 and 6 day rosters
n
Roles offering full-time hours
