Job Description
Apunipima Cape York Health Council in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a Breakthrough For Families (BFF) Support Worker. The role focuses on practical support for individuals and families affected by substance use, with education, outreach and referrals to local services.

Experience with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities is essential. The position requires a current QLD driver's license, Blue Card, AFP clearance and alignment with our culturally responsive practice.
