BlueCare's Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is seeking a Head Gardener to lead the grounds team, manage lawns, trees and shrubs, and deliver a protected, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
You will plan and supervise maintenance programs, coordinate contractors, keep within budget, and drive health and safety improvements while upholding the Village's Sense of Place philosophy.
