You will design, uplift and modernise telephony, UC, and cloud-based contact centre platforms across a complex healthcare setting, working with cross-functional teams.
You will assess current environments, inform the roadmap, and help deliver secure, resilient communications across multiple sites, with hybrid cloud strategies and in office support as needed.
