Linfox is seeking a Service Management Lead to join our IT Production Services team at Essendon Fields.
Lead a major ITSM transformation, combining strategic leadership with hands-on platform ownership and collaboration with local and offshore teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
You will own and administer Service Management platforms, develop ITIL-based frameworks, partner with vendors, and drive automation and continuous improvement across IT services.
