Job Description
Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking a Payroll Operations Lead to act as 2IC to the Head of Payroll, overseeing ANZ payroll delivery and process improvement.
You will mentor a small team and drive efficiency, governance and accurate reporting in a hybrid work setting.
Exposure to ADP GlobalView or SAP Employee Central Payroll is essential, with the ability to navigate regulatory changes and coordinate with senior stakeholders across Australia and Current Zealand.
