The Role
As a Registered NurseatPresCareAlexandraGardens, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 93-bed residential aged care home.
Reporting to the Manager,you'lloversee overnight clinical requirements, respond to changes inresidentconditions,manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.
This Full-Timerole is ideal foraRegisteredNurse,confidentmanaging AM, PM and overnight care in a larger setting.

What you will do
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of safe, high-quality carein accordance withthe Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
AHPRA Registration
Minimum 2years experienceas a Registered Nurse
Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
