T2 Tea in Australia is seeking a Buyer – Tea to lead the development of a flavour‐first portfolio and manage end-to-end NPD from concept to launch.
You will work with supplier partners, guide flavour development and translate customer insights into innovative products.
You will bring genuine tea expertise, robust sensory evaluation skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking while building trusted relationships with Europe-based suppliers.
