Humble Bakery is looking for a full time baker to join our team. We are a busy Sydney bakery known for honest baking, great produce, strong standards and a genuine love of feeding people. Our focus is on quality, consistency and food people genuinely love to eat.

We bake with intent and care. Everything has to taste incredible and look beautiful every day. We want someone who understands that consistency, flavour and presentation all matter equally.

You will be responsible for
n
n
Producing high quality baked goods to Humble standards
n
Following recipes accurately while also understanding the "why" behind them
n
Maintaining quality,



timing and organisation during busy service
n
Working cleanly in a shared space and respecting the team and equipment
n
Taking ownership of your section, being proactive and contributing to improvement
n
Supporting a positive, respectful and collaborative kitchen culture
n
n
Experience
n
Previous professional baking experience is essential. Lamination or pastry experience is highly regarded but not a deal breaker if you have outstanding fundamentals and the right mindset. Training and development are important to us and we support growth.
n
Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience is required.
n
