An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Induction & Training Administrator to join the team at HILLS TANKERS in Beresfield NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in coordinating the company's induction and training programs.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Managing and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificates
n
Planning ahead so that Employees Trainings, Medicals and Inductions are completed before expiring
n
Onboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down time
n
Managing phone and email enquiries from internal and external clients
n
Scheduling and facilitating ongoing training sessions for employees
n
Tracking training attendance and completion
n
Providing administrative support for the training function
n
Ensuring all training records and documentation are accurately maintained
n
Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training program
n

What we're looking for

Solid ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
n
Strong analysis and problem solving ability with attention to detail
n




Exceptional communication and organisational skills
n
Highly motivated and proactive
n
High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
n
Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, Damstra etc
n
Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
n
Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role will be considered
