The role
n
The Statutory Planner is responsible for the delivery of statutory planning outcomes in accordance with the Mount Alexander Planning Scheme and the Planning and Environment Act ****, through:
n
n
assessing and processing planning permit applications
n
providing professional and timely responses to statutory planning enquiries
n
supporting senior officers in representations at VCAT and other public forums as required
n
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
qualifications in Planning or a related discipline
n
relevant experience, ideally in local government
n
a positive attitude and passion for excellent customer service
n
analytical and problem solving skills
n
