Key responsibilities

Manage all front-of-shop retail operations
n
Lead, coach, and develop retail team members
n
Drive sales growth and achieve key performance targets
n
Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management
n
Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
n
Ensure compliance with pharmacy and retail policies and procedures
n
Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to provide seamless customer care
n

About you

Previous experience in retail management, preferably within pharmacy, health, beauty, or FMCG sectors
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n




Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience with inventory management and merchandising
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
