Our client, located in the southern suburbs, is a well-established boutique accounting and business advisory firm, with a reputation for providing proactive, practical advice to a wide range of business clients and family groups, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is ready to step into a Manager role.

Duties will include:
n

Building strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
n
Preparation of financial statements, management and annual accounts
n
Collaborating with Directors on complex advisory work and special projects
n
Providing tax planning and strategic business advice
n
Managing workflow for quality and timely delivery to client
n
Coaching and mentoring of junior accountants
n
n
Skills and experience required:
n
n
Degree qualified in commerce or related field
n




Working towards CA or CPA
n
5-8 years' public practice experience in Australia
n
Ability to analyse, problem solve and conduct research to deliver high standard results
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Strong organisational skills
n
Good understanding of various management accounting packages
n
A desire to mentor and provide leadership
n
