The Myer Media Network Retail -Media Team is seeking an Account Manager - Fashion to be the commercial business leader for a high-value portfolio of Brands and their relevant media agencies. This role is responsible for driving top-line media revenue through the strategic commercialisation of multi-channel packages and leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) partnerships.

About the role:
n
n
Develop and lead the overarching media partnership strategy for Brands.
n
Secure, negotiate and execute long-term Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with trade plans/goals and key marketing initiatives within Category and aligned to overarching Myer Brand activity.
n
Work closely with relevant Marketing Leads to understand the Category marketing strategy, aligning category objectives with Myer's broader fashion and customer strategies.
n
Design, price and scale high-value omni-channel media packages.
n
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across emerging ad tech and premium sponsorship opportunities.
n
Build category trade plans that align with buying and merchandise strategies,



promotional cadences and retail events.
n
Support the execution of weekly trade, including onsite updates, email priorities, social content, and in‐store messaging.
n
Partner with Retail Operations and VM teams to ensure all Category marketing is executed consistently in stores.
n
Establish strong relationships with Buying and Merchandise teams to align on product priorities, range launches, and brand opportunities.
n
Manage marketing relationships with concession and external brand partners, ensuring delivery of joint business plans and co-funded campaigns.
n
Provide clear direction, prioritisation and feedback to support team performance and development.
n
Uphold brand governance across all brand partner campaigns and assets.
n

About you:
n
n
5+ years' experience in retail, fashion, or category marketing with ownership of category or brand marketing plans.
n
Strong commercial focus with ability to interpret trade data, customer insights and performance analytics, inclusive of closed-loop attribution.
n
Demonstrated experience working with Buying/Merch teams or product-led stakeholders in a retail environment.
n




Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and translate them into effective multi-channel execution.
n
Experience managing multiple brands.
n
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience leading and developing talent.
n
