As a Community Support Worker with YNA, you'll provide personalised support to clients in their homes and the community, helping them maintain their choice, independence and quality of life.

Duties may include:

Assistance with personal care

Household support, including meal preparation

Social support, including interaction and transporting.

About you
n
We are seeking team members with the right attitude, who are dependable and reliable. You will need to have strong work ethic, positive communication skills and a willingness to learn and help people, along with:
n
n
Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or a relevant qualification
n
Minimum 6 months' paid experience in a support worker, PCW, DSW or similar role
n
NDIS and QLD Working with Children clearances (or willing to obtain)
n
Driver's Licence and vehicle for work use.
n
Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
n
