They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team and take responsibility for providing high-quality bookkeeping services to a portfolio of clients.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on bookkeeping position suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers,



takes pride in accuracy and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
n
You will work closely with the accounting team and clients, managing a variety of day-to-day bookkeeping functions and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
End-to-end bookkeeping for a range of clients
n
Bank and credit card reconciliations
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
n
Preparing and maintaining financial reports
n
Payroll processing and related bookkeeping tasks
n
Preparing BAS and IAS information where required
n
Managing and reconciling accounts
n
Assisting clients with day-to-day bookkeeping queries
n
Working with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or similar
n
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring records are accurate
n
Liaising directly with clients and providing professional bookkeeping support
n
Working closely with accountants to ensure clients' financial requirements are met
n

What They're Looking For
n
The ideal candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and be confident managing bookkeeping responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper
n




Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and processes
n
Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software
n
Payroll experience
n
BAS preparation experience would be highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
n
A proactive, reliable and professional approach
n
A genuine commitment to providing excellent service to clients
n
