What you will be doing:Be fully accountable for the projects under your direction and work with the
n
Events Leader, Sales Team and the customer to ensure that the event brief andbudget are fully understood to deliver creative and logistically soundsolutions
n
Ensure correct skill sets required for the project are being met within theproject team
n
Ability to brief in every department on a project - technical, creative,venues, entertainment, group travel etc
n
Maintain accurate files, budgets and critical paths in order to adhere todeadlines and budgets with an emphasis on attrition and
cancellationdeadlines,
as per signed contracts across all projects under your leadership
n
Ability to develop and manage existing customer relationships for consistentand repeat business
opportunitiesSupport
workflow and resource management across all projects and within thegreater team
n
Mentoring & training team members in FCM Meeting & Events policy,



systems,processes and platformsYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:Proven track record in effective leadership and experience in training andmentoring team membersA minimum of 6 years demonstrated experience in project management within theevent management and production
industryDemonstrated
effective customer service skillsA knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products
anddestinationsKnowledge
of project management
processes,standardsand
