Job Description
St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an End of Life Care Coordinator to lead the coordination of End of Life Care across SVHNS, promoting compassionate, integrated care for patients, families and staff.
You will provide expert information and training on Advance Care Planning and Directives, foster a supportive culture around complex decisions, and lead quality and safety activities in line with health standards.
