AAMGis currently seeking experiencedHeavy Diesel Fittersto join the maintenance team atCaval Ridge Mine.This is an excellent chance for experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters with ancillary equipment experience looking for long-term work on a consistent 7/7 day/night shift roster.
About the Role
As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs of ancillary mining equipment at Saraji Mine.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain, service, breakdown repairs and fault finding
Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment faults
Participating in toolbox and safety meetings
Completing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments and JSAs
Maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate
Demonstrated experience working on mobile mining equipment
Current Driver Licence
Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Commitment to safe and productive work practices
Ability to work effectively within a team
