Job Description
Six Degrees Executive is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Melbourne to manage customer orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales teams.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, providing frontline support and ensuring timely dispatch of products.
You will handle inquiries, maintain order accuracy, and assist with invoicing and admin tasks while collaborating closely with Production, Sales and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.
