Star Street Medical Centre is a busy, well-established general practice in Macksville, and we're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly team.
n
About the Role
n
This is a permanent part-time position, working 4 days per week.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Wound care and suture removal
n
Immunisations and injections
n
ECGs, spirometry and ABPIs
n
Iron infusions and venesections
n
Assisting with in-room procedures
n
Chronic disease management, including health assessments and care plan preparation
n
n
About You
n
n
Registered Nurse preferred (Enrolled Nurses are welcome to apply)
n




Nurse Immuniser qualification preferred — training support provided if not already qualified
n
Compassionate, organised, and able to thrive in a busy environment
n
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team
n
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
n
Confident using computers and learning new systems
n
General practice experience is an advantage but not essential
n
