Fortescue's Solomon mine in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor for a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract. Based at Western Hub on an 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth, you will deliver OPF training, conduct competency assessments and ensure safety and operational capability across the workforce.

You will lead classroom and practical sessions, manage training records in SuccessFactors, and collaborate with leaders to maintain high standards of training compliance.
