We're looking for an experienced, CEC-accredited A-Grade Electrician ready to step into a team leader role. You'll be the go-to person on site — guiding apprentices, driving quality installs, and being a key part of one of Melbourne's most respected renewable energy businesses.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Leading a small team of apprentices and trade assistants on site
n
Domestic and commercial solar PV design and installation
n
Hybrid battery and stand-alone battery system installations
n
Switchboard work, testing, commissioning and power monitoring
n
Service work, fault-finding and site inspections
n
Maintaining high WH&S; standards across all jobs
n

A-Grade Electrical Licence (Vic)
n
CEC accreditation
n
Current driver's licence
n
White card
n
Working at heights ticket
n
Must hold valid Australian work authorisation.
n
n
Key attributes
n
n
Commercial/industrial
install experience
n
Minimum 1-2 years of
commercial/industrial
electrical installation experience required.
n
Solar PV experience (preferred, not essential)
n
Confident leading a small team
n
Minimum 6 months team leadership experience required.
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Self-motivated with positive time management
n
