AutoSwift seeks a Senior Loan Operations Officer to provide onshore leadership across our Manila-based Loan Servicing, Collections, Payments, Hardship, and Credit Assessment teams. This hands-on, senior role requires deep lending operations knowledge, the ability to coordinate with offshore colleagues, and to uphold SOPs and escalations.

You will oversee daily arrears, payments, servicing dashboards, and support compliance with NCCP and ASIC guidelines.
