Our ideal candidate would possess the following -

Experience in luxury residential projects
n
Tertiary qualification
n
Skilled user of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
n
Excellent understanding of construction, architectural and design detailing
n
High attention to detail and ability to meet project program
n
Capable of managing a project from inception to completion
n
Proficient at conceptual design and presentation
n
Able to explore ideas while working with director
n
Producing tender and construction packages
n
Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously
n
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
n
