The Valuable Guys within the JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Home Services Coordinator to manage enquiries via phone and email for the Installation program, ensuring timely support and a positive customer experience from start to finish.

You will handle inquiries, scheduling, escalations and coordination of work orders across stores, customers and subcontractors, while working with multiple systems and aiming for high customer satisfaction in a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
