We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator / Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, supporting office operations, and ensuring efficient communication between staff, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate appointments, jobs, and staff calendars.

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.

Monitor and update scheduling software and job management systems.
n
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with invoicing, data entry,
and general administrative tasks.

Support management with day-to-day office requirements.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
