Working alongside a dynamic director that has the ability to empower staff to push boundaries and take their performance to the next level, this is an opportunity for a Senior Strata Manager to join a tight knit team.

Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a very small portfolio, this is an chance that will see you:
n
Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
n
Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
n
Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
n
Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
n
Assisting with the management of junior staff members
n
The Candidate
n
Previous experience in Strata Management
n
BMC experience is essential




n
Excellent Communication Skills
n
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
n
Have a high level of computer skills
n
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
n
This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
n
