Job Description
Our client is looking for a licensed Warehouse Operator to join their Wholesale Distribution Centre, which handles wholesale homewares and related products including floral arrangement assembly. This is a hands on, high level MHE role suited to an experienced forklift and reach truck operator who can work under limited supervision and coordinate within a team.

Role overview

Core focus is licensed operation of forklift and reach truck for high level picking, replenishment, relocation and consolidation
n
Uses the warehouse management system (WMS) and RF terminal
n
Multi-skilling is a requirement, flexes into inbound container unpacking support, low level picking, packing, dispatch and rework or returns when needed
n




Retains Grade 2 classification while flexing across functions
n
Reports to the Team Leader, no direct reports
n

Requirements

Current forklift licence essential (LF, and LO where reach or order picker applies)
n
Demonstrated MHE competence
n
Able to work under limited supervision and coordinate within a team
n
n
Valuable to know
n
n
Floor based warehouse role only
n
Our client does not provide transport or freight services, no delivery driving or line haul duties involved
