Job Description
The Northern Territory Department of Corrections is seeking a Director to design and lead a current Safety and Emergency Management function from the ground up, relocating to Darwin.
The role reports to a senior executive and oversees WHS and Corporate Emergency Management, building enterprise-wide capability.
You will lead a small specialist team, influence senior decision-makers on safety and risk, and drive resilience across the department while safeguarding a diverse workforce.
