Relief Supervisor - Campbelltown Golf and Bowling Club

We're on the lookout for a confident and experienced Relief Supervisor to support the leadership of our two venues – the Campbelltown Golf Club and Campbelltown Bowling Club.
n
Our Campbelltown Golf Club is a vibrant Club offering pub-style indoor and outdoor dining, modern event spaces, and a newly refurbished clubhouse. Over at the Campbelltown Bowling Club, we are a community-focused venue that brings together great food, drinks, bowls, and entertainment in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Relief Supervisor, you'll step up to lead the team in the absence of our regular supervisors—while still being hands‐on in all aspects of club operations. This role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure, lead by example, and connect naturally with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time.

What we're looking for:
n
Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality setting
n
A natural leader who leads by example and motivates the team
n
A bubbly, confident personality with a love for people and service
n




Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Previous experience in Events is highly regarded
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and nights
n
In this role you will:
n
Oversee daily service operations when rostered as supervisor
n
Provide support and direction to the team during peak periods
n
Ensure our service standards are met and exceeded
n
Step in as a hands‐on team member when not rostered in the relief supervisor role
n
Create meaningful interactions with members and guests to deliver exceptional experiences
n
