We're looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen on a fixed-term contract through to 11 December ****. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a qualified, fast-paced kitchen and values consistency, teamwork, and high standards. The premium rate reflects our commitment to reliable chefs who can see the contract through.

Contract: Immediate start - until Friday 11 December **** (option for an additional week to be confirmed later)
n
Pay: $50/hour (10am or 11am starts); $52/hour (3am or 4am starts)
n
Hours: 38 hours per week (Consistent shifts)
n
Location: Artarmon - street parking & public transport available
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Support the Sous/Head Chef during service, maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and consistency
n
Manage mise en place, prep, and presentation to consistent standards
n
Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation and stock control
n
Coach and support junior team members
n




Uphold food safety and OH&S; requirements
n
Contribute to menu development, specials, and seasonal changes
n

What You Bring
n
n
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up)
n
Broad skills across multiple kitchen stations
n
Calm, organised, and consistent under pressure
n
Excellent communication and teamwork
n
Current food safety certification
n
n
Commitment to the FULL CONTRACT period
