About the Role
n
We are seeking a commercially minded Inventory & Supply Planning Coordinator to manage end-to-end demand and supply planning across multiple product categories within the AU home appliance industry. This role is responsible for driving PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning, order execution, factory coordination and shipment planning to ensure optimal inventory levels aligned with sales performance.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Line Managers, APAC Supply Chain and manufacturing sites to balance demand, supply and logistics constraints.

Key Responsibilities
n
Lead bi-weekly PSI planning cycles to align demand forecasts, inventory targets and supply plans based on sales performance.

Develop and adjust demand forecasts using sales performance data, inventory positions and market inputs.
n
Translate approved supply plans into purchase orders and manage order adjustments within ERP.
n
Monitor inventory levels against sales performance, identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation actions.
n
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align production schedules with sales priorities.
n
Plan and manage inbound shipments to ensure product availability supports sales targets.
n
Support inventory strategy through data analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.

About You
n
2+ years' experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning
n
Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
n
Effective stakeholder management across sales, product and factory teams.
n
Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances highly regarded.
