Your New Role
The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all aquatic facility users by maintaining vigilant supervision, preventing incidents, and responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies.
This role also supports the delivery of a positive customer experience through professional conduct, clear communication, and the promotion of safe aquatic practices.

About You




Hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Hold a Pool Plant Operators Certificate and a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate is highly desirable but not essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated capacity to remain composed and make explicit decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations
Demonstrated ability to maintain focused during shifts and detect early signs of distress or rule violations.
