About the role
We areseekingan experienced and values-driven leader tobuild positive, engaging and productive stakeholder relationships with our various leaders and staff toensure that HSW obligations and standards are consistently applied in all activitiesacross our diverse work sites.
This pivotal role is central to buildingandpromotingpositiveHSWoutcomestocontinuouslyimprove HSW performance, consistent with contemporary practice, current research and legislative compliance requirements.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headoffice.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Relevant Health andSafetyqualificationwith3+ years' senior HSWmanagement experiencein organisations of 200+employees.
Proven experience within Healthcare will be highly regarded
Proven experienceas a HSWpractitioner/managerimplementingchanges to legislation, regulations in HSW.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, guidelines and otherstrategic initiatives to influence and inform thefosteringof asafeandinclusive workplace.
Well-developedleadershipandmanagementcapability(withNFPand/ormulti-siteworkforce managementexperienceispreferable).
Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswith the abilityto interactwellwith diverse staff and seniorleadersandtorepresenttheorganizationin externalforums.
Well-developed stakeholderengagement,consultation,facilitation,negotiation and influencingskills.
