Job Description
Eldercare seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to enhance mobility, independence and wellbeing for residents in our aged care facilities in Mount Barker, SA.
This fixed term 0.6 FTE role runs until 30 April **** and offers a supportive, multidisciplinary workplace with a focus on reablement and group-based exercise.
You will lead 1:1 reablement programs, supervise Mobility Assistants and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Nurses and Dietitians to promote resident-centred care and
