Accent Group Limited is seeking a Conversion Optimisation Manager to lead CRO, experimentation, and personalisation initiatives across our ecommerce brands.
You will own the CRO roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, and build a robust test-and-learn program across digital experiences.
You'll work with GA4, FullStory and Voice of Customer data to remove friction, develop hypotheses, and drive commercial impact while collaborating with Brand, Digital, Product and Merchandising teams.
