We're seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Airport West, located at 64 Parer Road, Airport West VIC ****, on a casual basis.
n
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging workplace where children feel supported and inspired to learn.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
n
Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
n
Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
n
Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Working with Children Check for VIC
n




Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
n
Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
