The Opportunity:

You'll work side-by-side with a high-performing Lead Agent, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across every stage of the sales process. From conducting open homes to building lasting relationships with buyers, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while developing the skills, confidence, and knowledge to become a successful Residential Sales Agent.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers throughout sales campaigns
n
Conduct open homes and private inspections
n
Follow up with prospective buyers to gather feedback and identify opportunities
n
Support prospecting activities and grow an active buyer database
n
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and property presentations
n




Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication with buyers and vendors
n
Work closely with the Lead Agent to achieve outstanding sales results
n
