We employed our first assistant pastor in ****. This ministry has grown significantly over the years, including the establishment of a 6pm service. The assistant pastor role will involve regularly preaching across the three services and a responsibility for the 6pm service. This will also include other areas of ministry depending on needs.
n The successful applicant will be required to work closely with the Senior Pastor. They will be part of a team ministry but will also need to demonstrate the ability to operate independently and with self-motivation.
