Full builds from set-out through to fit-off - you'll see a house right through, not get parachuted in for a frame and moved on. Split-level, two-storey, acreage builds across Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast with exposed feature work, complex rooflines, and proper finishes. No two houses the same, no 30-lot estate.

Key responsibilities
n
Full builds from set-out through to fit-off on custom homes
n
Detailed work including raked ceilings, feature timber, and split levels
n
Reading plans and setting out without being walked through
n
Direct communication with the builder on site issues and plan adjustments
n
About you
n
Certificate III in Carpentry or trade recognition
n
Current White Card
n
Own hand tools




n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Can read a set of plans and set out independently
n
Takes pride in work and quality finishes
n
Rate negotiated to your skillset, reviewed at six months
n
Solid continued pipeline of high-end work
n
Home every night - all work is local, Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast
n
Paid weekly, super on time
n
Sites set up properly with materials on site when needed, plant organised, drawings sorted before arrival
