Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality metal building products, including roofing and cladding, insulation, flahings, Colorbond fencing, purlins, carports, patios, and a wide range of shed kits.

We are a well-established business with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality. We are currently seeking additional team members to join our machine operations team at Metroll Lismore.

About The Role
n
This is a casual position with full time hours, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is offered on a six-month probation period, with the view to transition into permanent full time employment.
n
Working hours: 8.54 AM to 5 PM
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in machine operation
n
Current forklift license is essential
n
Experience within a manufacturing setting is highly regarded
n
Forklift licence is highly regarded and considered an advantage
n
Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications




n
Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
n
Ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills
n
Willingness to learn and develop
n
Honest, reliable, and punctual
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
