Junior Assistant Property Manager (Can Start Asap)

We're looking for aJUNIOR LEGEND Property Managerto support our Senior Manager with rental properties around theSunnybank region of Brisbane.

Ideal Candidate
n
At least 1 year of property rental experience required
n
Experience with or familiar of thePropertyMe app
n
Hold a Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one upon starting)
n
Can Start Immediately
n

What You'll Be Doing:
n
Being theday-to-day supportfor our Senior Property Manager, assisting with a wide range of tasks
n
Helping with property viewings, tours, and interviews with prospective tenants
n
Communicating with residents and handling questions or concerns
n
Processing rental applications, running credit checks, and learning to negotiate lease contracts
n
Reporting maintenance issues and making sure properties are in top shape
n
Helping with budgets, rent collection,
basic bookkeeping, and tenant notices
n
Keeping files and records organised and up to date
n
What You'll Bring to the Team:
n
A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn
n
Outstanding admin, organisational, and tech skills
n
Clear communication skills - written and verbal
n
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
n
Friendly personality and great with people
n
Preferably aMac user(we use Apple software for forms)
n
MUST have a carand be able to drive to properties
n
Able to start ASAP (Be available Saturday mornings!)
n
Contractor role
n
1-2 days/week
n
Flexible days and hours
n
